At HULL, we understand that sometimes the metamorphosis isn't quite what you envisioned. Whether it is a matter of fit or feeling, we are here to facilitate a smooth transition. Please read these terms carefully, as adherence to them is necessary for us to process your request efficiently.
Time is of the essence. You must submit or intimate your return/exchange request within 5 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date of your order. Any request received after this 5-day period will effectively be "frozen in time" and cannot be accepted.

For a return or exchange, the item must be in perfect condition—unworn, unwashed, unused, and free from any marks, scents, or damage. All original tags must be intact, and the product should be sent back in its original HULL packaging.
Our team will review your request and, if approved, a reverse pickup will be scheduled for your item(s), and our courier partner will arrive to collect your order within 1 to 5 days.
Note: All return/exchange items are subject to a rigorous quality check upon arrival at our facility. If the item fails inspection, it will be sent back to you, and no refund or exchange will be processed.
▪ Non-Refundable Costs: A fixed shipping/handling cost of Rs. 100/- will be deducted from the total refund amount. Exception: This fee is waived if the return is due to a damaged item or an incorrect shipment on our part.
▪ Timeline: If approved by QC, your new item(s) will be shipped out within 2-3 working days to you at no additional shipping charge.
▪ The Finality Clause: Please note that exchange orders are final. They are not eligible for further returns or store credit. Once an exchange is initiated, the transaction cannot be reversed for a refund.
If you wish to cancel an order after it has already been dispatched from our warehouse:
We cannot recall the package mid-flight. The refund will be processed only after the package reaches back to our warehouse and runs through the mandatory Quality Check. On approval, the standard refund procedure (including the potential deduction of shipping costs) will be followed.
We encourage you to carefully review your order before submitting it to ensure accuracy and avoid any errors.
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective (a true anomaly in our quality checks), please contact us immediately at contact@hull.co.in with Order Number, a clear description of the defect, and photographic evidence of the defective or incorrect article.
In this rare event, HULL will rectify this error at no cost to you, and promptly offer a replacement or a full refund, provided the claim is verified.
Note: Please note that failure to notify us within 5 days of delivery may result in the claim being rejected.
