Thank you for choosing HULL. Once you have selected your pieces to "Break the Cocoon," we begin the process of getting them to you with speed and precision. Here is everything you need to know about how your order travels from our hands to yours.

1. Order Confirmation (The Owl Has Landed)

The moment you complete your purchase; our system will cast an automatic confirmation email to your inbox. This is your proof that we have received your request and are beginning to prepare your order.

Check Your Details: Please ensure the email address you provide is perfectly accurate. If the address is incorrect, our owls (digital ones, of course) cannot find you with your tracking updates!

2. Processing & Dispatch (Preparing the Cocoon)

We do not believe in keeping you waiting.

Timeline: All orders are processed, quality-checked, and securely packaged within 24-48 hours of placement.

The Dispatch: Once your package leaves our warehouse, it is officially on its way to you.
3. Tracking Your Order (Follow the Flight)

Transparency is key to a good spell.

Notification: As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a second email containing your unique Tracking Number and a link to trace the shipment.

Responsibility: It is the customer's responsibility to track the package and ensure availability at the delivery address to receive it.
4. Delivery Timelines (Arrival)

We ship across India using trusted logistics partners to ensure your HULL pieces arrive safely.

Standard Delivery: You can generally expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days post-shipping.

Variations: Please note that exact delivery times depend on your specific region and pin code. Remote areas may take slightly longer—magic can only travel so fast!
5. Delays & Exceptions (Unforeseen Turbulence)

While we strive for punctuality, certain events may slow down the timeline. Please be prepared for potential shipping delays during:

Major Holidays: When logistics partners are on break.
